The left lug on my bolt has a small piece of the top corner sheared off.  Lots of feed failures so time to start looking for a replacement..  I've not seen any AMD specific bolts for sale but I did find some AK bolts online.  Is it one size fits all or is the AMD-65 bolt different?  Any companies to recommend (sponsors preferred) or to avoid?  Thanks.

Replacement bolts can be had from gunbroker and other places but it's not like an AR. The head spacing is much more problematic. You can't just plug in a new bolt and go to town normally. It will require removing the barrel pin and head spacing by moving the barrel in or out and redrilling/replacing a larger barrel pin if the headspace doesn't match.

Romanian, Hungarian, Russian, etc should all have the same bolts. Chinese and Yugo may be different

But as said above, it will need checked for proper head space.

Don't know for sure it is possible but I would check on having your bolt repaired.  Doesn't sound like much is missing.
