There is no "production" 5.45x39 equivalent of the SLR-107UR.  
You'd have to do like the rest of us and buy a Bulgy AKS-74U parts kit and NDS receiver, then have it built.
I belive that Cope's Distributing and Sportman's Guide still sell the parts kits.
