Or I just imaging the sights are canted to the left. I said this in another thread but I just got this back from the dealer out of state where I bought it and he claims to have fixed the problem. I say it hasn't changed.

Hard to tell, but it does appear that it is caned off to the left a tiny bit.  Hold the rifle up like you are going to shoot it and then push the muzzle up just a bit to get a better view.  Canting is a common (well I don't know how common it really is) and is something you should always look for when buying any AK.
