I am dealing with a buddys romanian krinkov chambered in .223 rem  it is full auto and breaks cases off in the chamber occasionaly.  It used to do it often when brass cases were used.  Since we swithed to steel cased wolf it is far less a problem just annoying.  Any suggestions.

Breaks them how?  Pulls off the rear of the case?  If so is there anything making the case stick in the chamber?

Yes it is pulling the cases in two leaving half in the chamber.  I will try cleaning better and check for rough spots any other advice?

Remember that the chamber is chrome plated so I would be reluctant to do anything more aggressive than a good cleaning at first.   Look at the ripped cases for scuffs or any other mark made by the chamber, case necks too.
