I use the 7/32, I think the 5mm are supposed to be thicker which eliminates using a spacer or an extra eclip. 1 will still hold it in but I just use 2 per pin to keep them snug.

TheDukeRyan posted on a thread  7/32 E clips.  I also saw somewhere 5mm.  Just take your pins to a hardware like ACE and try some out.   They cost about .10 or less each.

Yep if my memory is correct Ive been using 7/32 but take you pins in just to be sure. I know the Ace here has the littl pull out drawers full of the things and they get all sorts of mixed together. The little thaings have worked great for me.

I have been using 7/32 and its a hard size to find.  I have used them with ITM, DCI and Tapco flats.  On my Romy/DCI build I needed to stack two clips on the trigger pin.  It was loose with only one clip and the pin would fall down.  One of the clips had to be filed thinner to get both of them on the pin.
There is someone on EE selling 4mm e-clips.

Check out a post on the BIY forum by gator_97.  He's making a pin that's designed specifically for e-clips and are about 1/16" longer than standard Romy pins.  They're already in the works and hopefully will be available in 2 or 3 weeks.
