I have seen romy RPK kits on gunbroker.com for as low as $400
I got a milled type 3 Russian kit off of gunbroker for $160 but since then a good price to pay is about $200-350

The milled russian will cost more depending on how you want it.  All matching will cost more and getting a VG on will too.  There are some milled Bulgie and Polish PLO kits for $160 out there.
