The optics section is pretty dead.

I plan on getting a ultimak gas barrel replacement so I can have a weaver mount.

Which scope Should I use?  I don't want to spend too much.

is there a side rail on the left side of the reciver? if so use a scope mount that works with that base
any red dot or 4x scope like a 4x24 POSP scope is just fine for a AK,...not cheap,.. but there good enough to get my seal of approval.

i use a 8x POSP on my PSL,..and with that rifle i can make use of ever last meter it lets me see.
