OK, at what point does a reciever have to be to require an FFL for transfer. I know an unbent flat isnt considered a firearm.....at what point is it????? Is a flat with all the holes in it ok????? What about bent????????

Although, a bent receiver without holes is an 80% and not considered a firearm.
