Who says AK's arent a great weapon system, not the Indian Police anyway.....



LUCKNOW, India (AP) -- A Hindu religious leader and seven of his followers were shot and killed in northern India late Friday.

Five others were wounded in the attack on Swami Sadanand Sant Gyaneshwar late Friday near the city of Allahabad in the state of Uttar Pradesh, said Surendra Srivastava, a police spokesman in Lucknow, the state capital.

"The killers used sophisticated weapons, including an AK-47, in the operation," Srivastava said.


Immediately afterwards, Senator Diane Feinstein called for the ban and sale of all assault "style" weapons in India.  Not knowing she was a US senator, and mistaking her for an old, dried up chicken, the Indians around her cooked her and made a nice batch of Vindaloo for all to enjoy.....
