First I tried to re-drill the slots in the barrel, that didnt exactly work.  Although it straightened it out, it was not tight.

So...I just taped the fsb holes 6x32 and drilled/taped the base.  Its still a SAR but, now its straight.

Gunky stuff around the set screws is red loctite.

Who knows, maybe someone can use this.

What you cant see is the other setscrew beneath the cleaning rod.

A total of 6 setscrews, all red loctite'ed in there....she aint 'a movin

How far off was it to require major surgery like that. I just removed the pins hit the sight a little drilled the holes the same size and replaced the pins. problem solved.
