I just installed Mojo Micro Click Sights on my AK. Question: If I sight my AK in at 50 yards, will it be on mark at 100 yards. Im just learning about AK. My M4 is sighted in at 50 and is on mark at 100. I know it's not the same gun. Some advice please.

well if you want soviet marksmanship doctrine I will have to dig out some old manuals which requires alot of effort which I won't do unless you really want to know

Ken....for some reason the file said "improper sharing" when I opened it, I tried right click save as but then it came up file damaged unrepairable

Yes, but shoot it at 100 yards to make sure.

I sighted mine in at 100 yards with the dial turned all the way down (red dots lined up).
At 50 yards the bullets were also hitting bullseye.

3 clicks clock wise for 200 yards, and

6 clicks for 300 yards.

11 clicks for 400, and

17 clicks for 500.
           
I was using Russian Mil Spec. 7.62x39 ammo.


For meters:
50 meters X
100 meters X
200 meters 3 clicks
300 meters 8 clicks
400 meters 15 clicks
500 meters 23 clicks

Disclaimer : 400 and 500 meter measurements were done with a ballistic table.
I personally can't hit a paper target at that distance without a scope.



Edit: to correct data, I was using data from a different gun with a longer sight radius.
