Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Correct length of Romy RPK Cleaning Rod ?

Hey all!
I have a Romanian RPK Kit and need to find a Cleaning rod, Can anyone tell me the Correct original length of the romy rod?

Since there are no Romanain Rods to be found what kind would be a close replacement in Diameter and length?.

An SKS cleaning rod is the closest you will get to an RPK rod, it fits and looks correct - just not as long.

I believe the real RPK rod is 22 1/4" long, id have to dig mine out to measure it and its too early for that.
