I did a little trading with Firedog51d and ended up with a beautiful Arsenal Classic with Type III Russian Laminated stockset,I also found an Afghan War Rug!

I also picked up my Hungarian build yesterday,I wanted to retain the original finish so I did a quick spray and bake job on the reciever.

We worked out a trade on a SAR1 and Maadi ARM,without going into all the details,it worked out good on both ends.

Well, ya see I didn't have Afghan war rug.  I knew it was bad ju-ju to own a Classic with out the rug so I had to let it go.

Actually I John wanted it and I needed a couple of rifles for the boys and did not want to lay out the cash.  I was saving for a SA M7 SF.  Course Dad's gotta shoot 'em...make sure they work ya know!

Thanks, the stock set is a mixture of Polish and Bulgarian hardwood, refinished to match the shade.  The gun is of course an Arsenal Inc SA M7 classic, but rebuilt with original Russian components and refinished w/ IGF's environtech black.
