Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Average time receiving order from RSA?

I ordered some items from Red Star Arms a month ago and have not received them. The same night I placed an order with Bushmaster and received the product within two weeks. I e-mailed them twice and have not received a response. This is the first time I ordered product from them. Is this common? Am I over reacting? How long has it taken them to fill your orders?

It's probably on it's way, but they should have responded to my e-mails. I think it's bad business to ignor customers. Any thoughts?

Ken is one of the good guys, whos customer service is second to none. Please contact him as he has offered, there has to be a mistake somewhere.

Never had a problem with Ken.  I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him.
