Headache..........Unless it's FTF in your own state, gun needs to go to FFL. Don't know about all states, but that's how it is in Oregon.

You will need to ship it to a FFL if its out of state. Its pretty easy just have the buyer get a copy from a pawnshop. Usually about a $20 fee. Then have them mail the copy to you. Once you receive it you can check and verify the ffl online. Then all you have to do is mail it out to the FFL. If the buyer is in the same state as you I belive you can either do a face to face or even mail it directly to them as long as its not crossing state borders.
