The build has finished, almost.

I am checking function when, I charge the handle letting the bolt ride the bullet into the chamber.....it wont close all the way.

It functions flawless without a bullet, and the bolt locks into place, but with a bullet chambered it wont lock.

I can use a punch to set it further down, into the locked position but it doesnt want to open up freely.

I remember someone having the same problem, searched, cant find anything.

point me in the right direction or help me troubleshoot this one please.

btw.............it is a M92 Yugo Krink chambered in 7.62x39

Sounds like you didn't check the headspace properly.

fixed it........................

simple, had a little roll on the chamber when pressing in the bbl (filed it down) and also had a couple of shavings inside
th chamber not letting the bullet go all the way inside.

its fixed................
