Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Robinson Vepr Rail?

Ok so I'm toying with the idea of putting a rail on the forend of one of my VEPRs.  They have 2 holes in the forend behind the sling swivel.  Anyone know where to get a rail that fits?  Just somethig basic like the ones that fit into the holes on a AR.  Checked Robinsons website and he has nothing like it.  What else would those holes be for?  Thanks in advance.

You can order blank picatinny rails from Brownell's and drill the holes accordingly.  Someone here might have some more exact info for you.  I do not think Robarm sells anything specific for that.

ya don't need to drill new holes.  can somebody tack the thread i did on this in the russian forum?
