Local gun shop has a 7.62 x 39 MAK-90 according to dealer rifle has never been fired.  Comes with new 75 round drum.  Appears to be straight cut, but the dealer seemed a bit apprehensive about letting me inspect too closely  .

It's on consignment the guy wants $499.00

Seems kinda high.

What do you guys think?

If the drum is Chinese then its value is $100. So in reality the rifle is $399. If it has the straight cut receiver i'd pay 400 for it over a 350 WASR.

Take away $100 for the drum, that makes it 400. Still about 50 over priced. Offer $450, only if you can completely inspect.
