Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Vector Ak47 seems so much lighter than Romanian AK47

I noticed the Vector Ak seems alot lighter than the Romanian Ak. Is it just me or is there a difference. The Romanian has a scope rail but that wouldn't be much of a weight difference. Are the receivers made in the U.S.A. lighter than foreign receivers. The receiver I have is made by Armory USA . Maybe its the difference in the wood stocks american vs foreign. Tell me what you think.  Thanks.
