I have a friend who has two AMD kits and wants to trade me one for building
one. He has all compliance parts and 100 percent receivers to build on.
Can I do that?

I dont see why not..if its a 100% reciever....its perfectly legal.

If I can build a polish underfolder I can do anything.
Just wanted to make sure it was legal.

I kinda figured that if they were licensed receivers
it would be ok but wanted to make sure I didn't
cross a line.

Any more imput?
