don't mean to hijack...but are the KTR-03S sights higher than regular AK sights? Reason I ask is because I just ordered an Aimpoint for the KTR-03S I'm waiting for and I'm hoping to at least be able to see the sights through it since it sits so low, even lower than the EOTECH 552's. Thanks, and could you post a picture of the wood on your KTR? I can't even imagine what it would look like.

The KTR sights are too low to co-witness with an Eotech. That is the only optic I've ever had on my KTRs. Can't say if others will be low enough.

I've got to get with the Krebs folks and see if the parts count gets messed up before I maul this stock and slap it on. It may be nuts but I think that it might look cool. Plus, all my KTRs look too much alike as is.
