If yer going to SBR go for it..If yer thinking about a Krink with fake can I'd pass and get the carbine..

I know that there is a definate "cool" factor to the Krink. If I had it I would definately plan on doing the SBR thing. What are the cons when dealing with a SBR AK? I know a bit about what happens to the 308 and 223, what about the 7.62?

Not a whole lot. The 7.62x39mm round doesn't depend on fragmentation to work, it just keeps pushing through.
US commercial soft points like the Winchester and the Federal are probably better loads for hordes of flesh eating zombie looters.......but Yugo M67 hardball is pretty well regarded and isn't really velocity dependent. The Krink style flash suppressors are also boosters which aid the function of the rifle with such a short barrel. Besides, I want to be there when you let a mag go at KC's and the flash sets the overhang on fire...............

For all out, smallbore Krink with triangle folder.
To just weak the antis, an AMD65 pistol is very cheap and easy. |
