I ordered 2 PMKMS Kits, one CG, one Grade 1. The grade 1 looks great, but the front trunnion holes are a little egged, one more than the other. I understand how easy this is to do accidentally during the demilling process. Is this ok for a grade 1 kit or would you consider this to make it a grade 2?

Pretty sure the majority of them (even grade 1) have egged trunnion holes.  My grade 1 kit did and I've heard of lots of them having them.  I'd so no big deal, it's acceptable for grade 1 to be egged.  If you rivet it's not a big deal, and if you screw--well, it's one more excuse to rivet!  Good luck.
