I sent a guy some money for AK parts. All I got was excuses and stories. Still no parts. Before I report this to the post office( I used a MO and sent it to a PO box) I'm hoping to resolve it.

I don't know what's worse... Having the Postal Inspectors show up on your doorstep, or having a machine-gun building Police Officer show up on your doorstep!
