All joking aside I appreciate all the info. I know very little about the AK, so just a few more questions. What is the price difference between a milled versus a stamped reciever rifle?
Who sells the rifles that have been recomended? The Ak's that I usually see for sale are the "warsaw10" I think that's the name. They almost universally go for about $350. I have also seen Saiga rifle for about $175. I am trying to decide on a 7.62X39 AR upper or just get an AK. |

I have both. I wanted to get an AK because of its reputation. I shopped them for awhile and came up with hey..I wanted the best. That is going to be a milled receiver and its from Arsenal. If you have the extra money you get what you pay for and you would never need another AK once you buy an Arsenal. On the EE there are a few still for sale that are at decent prices. That is where I bought mine after looking at many other configurations, manufacturers and models. email me if you have any other questions. John |
