It is supposed to have a smooth top cover but the 74 top cover would work to modify.

A smooth cover is going to be a lot easier to mount a sight on. I built one from AR sight parts on a generic chinese cover, it fits very tight and worked fine on my Saiga.

Just pick up a Galil top cover with the rear sight already mounted, Works great.
I picked up a couple on gunbroker. |
