I saw them in another thread (JNEWT posted the pics) and I was curious if anyone had anymore info on it. It's a 74 built on a milled receiver with the selector on the left side, much like a tantal.

My interest is piqued.

I just looked on the Arsenal of Bulgaria website and there isn't an AR-m9 in 5.45.....

Yep, they're 5.56mm. The Bulgarians aren't going to be devoting any more R&D to the 5.45mm cartridge. They are NATO now, and the future is 5.56mm for them.
