I agree, I ordered three Ewbanks Gen 2 recievers from them on a group buy. They were shipped promptly and I am very happy with them. No problems what so ever????

Unfortunately that's how it starts out. A buddy and I both had good luck for a few months and then it was like hitting a brick wall. Your turn will come, just wait. Better yet, don't.

If you like doing business with them, then i recomend doing business with Spezuhl Wepunz also. There also might be a guy named Gary in Kansas looking to build your nice pristine Krinkov or Tantal kit for you. Like Lambs to the Slaughter... Sit back open a beer and watch it happen. KyARGuy |

You know, it's always the newbie's with a low post count that are happy with jok'en. to be fair i have been hearing good things about thier receiver. would i buy 1 from them ? no! but i might pick one up from a reseller. mmk

I also have heard good things about the Ewbanks receiver, and I have actually had the opportunity to look one over and it looked pretty good. But If I ever wanted one, I would order it from Scott at DPH Arms because I know that his customer service record is spotless and he is one hell of a guy to deal with.

It left flagstaff................ You were dealing with Eubank and not JoeKen if it was mailed directly from Flag. Thats why it probably shipped on time and went to the correct address. |

Their customer service had improved 1000% when Andrew started working there, but most of the problems were prior to his employment. I considered giving them another try, but with the latest issue with a customer's credit card number being stolen from them, no-way-jose. Simply, Joeken doesn't have a good track record with credit cards.

And I actually got a Century CETME that runs great on any mag type and was right on with un-touched irons.
My only JK exp was a kit buy where I was told that it would ship the next day, and it did not leave for 3 weeks. Sure, I had something to shoot in the meantime. But the gap between rhetoric and reality was obvious for me. We even let JK post here. As long as you have the info to make an informed decision, our work is done. |
