Um, not really.  Yes, it's possible to redo the rear of the receiver of the milled rifles to make it an underfolder, but you'll have much more invested in it than just selling the rifle you have and buying an underfolder to start with.

Also, not a lot you can do about the drop of the stock other than take the lower tang off and install an ACE tube stock set with then comes straight back from the receiver.
