The ATF ruling only applies to RIFLE kits if I'm not mistaken. Pistols kit.....

No, the ruling applies to barrels, frames and receivers for "nonsporting firearms". And somehow I doubt that a Krink pistol, as assembled, meets ATF's definition of a sporting firearm (which it would have to do in order for barrels to be imported).

Centerfiresystems has M92 Krink kits now.

Not on the secret Lois page.  Look on the main page.

Don't expect them to last long however rumors are that there are more in the pipeline.
Depends on how much you want to gamble on a rumor though.
I don't think the price will be much lower in the future seeing as how sellers are getting whatever they are asking for this stuff.
