Did the Polytech come with Tubular folding stock from the factory similar to the Galil  folder.  I seen one with a side folder like this at Cabelas for sale.  It is not the one with the Plastic half way down the stock that matches the forearm.

Yes they did import a few Galil type side folders. I have always heard it looked more like a FAL type side folder. It should have a threaded barrel and an Ak-47 type FSB and gas block. It will only fit a type one bayonet.

It is a AKM style for $795.00 is that a good buy?  Looks like it is probably 85-90%.  Getting scratched up from setting in the rack and getting  handled so much.   But barrel and receiver looks new.
