I'm debating on mounting one of these on my PSL. Does anyone know much about these scopes?

I have the military 3x9 1P21 on one of my NDM-86's and like it a lot. I'd definitely consider it for a PSL but I haven't heard anything one way or the other on the 4x12 version.
