Local shop has 40 round AK47 mags for 22.00 a piece, brand new, still has the grease on them, and 30 rounders for 18 brand new too. Should I stock up or find them cheaper?

To much...you can them cheaper on the EE. Gun shows they usually cost $10 for the 30s.

updated new information:

With my 10% discount, they are 19.80 for the 40 rounders and 13.50 for the 30 rounders. I had the price wrong on the 30's. They are Polish fully ribbed mags. Brand new. I bought one of each to try out.

I'd wait for JNEWT to open up GB #4 in the EE. I snagged four east german mags for HALF of what you are telling us.

Quoted:
The shop I work for sells new in the cosmoline Bulgarian 30 round steel mags for about $14.00 each, but we usually make you a deal if you're buying a rifle at the same time.

And you were going to mention this...when?
