How do you correct excessive headspace on an AK?  Thanks for your replys.

I think there's only two options:

1. Swap the bolt out with another, and see if that corrects it. A new bolt, without any wear on the lugs yet, may do the trick.

2. Remove the barrel pin, push the barrel back as far as necessary to bring it back into spec, and re-drill for a larger replacement barrel pin.
