I have heard that the Williams peeps sights were poorly made and not worth getting.  Is this correct?

What about these other peeps sights from Red Star Arms:

AK MircoClick Sight and AK Peep Sight

KCI AK peep sight in both fixed and windage ajustable versions

All 4 of these sights seem well made.

Do the help with accuracy, target aqusition and aiming?

Which one would you recomend or would you just stick to the factory sights?

Does that fact that I am putting them on a 5.45 mm SAR-2 vs a 7.62mm rifle  matter?
