What would be the most effective?

The 154 gr is a soft point and the 124 gr comes in fmj and different bullets, so how are these bullets effected by shorter barrel and how effective are they?

For the distance you can expect a hit with the pistol form, don't worry about it.
For a std AMD65 12.5" bbl, you lose maybe 200fps, under 10%, when a friend tested his new build before the extended brake went on the bbl.

I thought it would be worst.

So the AK pistol is going to be quite effective

Lets say the Wolf SP 154 gr travels 1904 fps out of a pistol that a good round in my book
