Yep, it's an 18 inch barrel.  Thought about adding the folder but I really don't care much for folding stocks.  Rifle originally had Belgian handguards.  At the time the only new ones I could locate in wood were Canadian.  When I put the SUIT site on it, the rear sight would not clear so I replaced with a Canadian folding disc sight.  Gun South imported 100 receivers (so-called .308 Match)  sometime in the early to mid '80's then built rifles with new imported parts - if my sources are correct.  This one was built using G1 internals.  No idea what it's worth now but it is nice not to have to worry about using US parts in something.....
