I saw a Norinco pre-ban underfolder in 223 and it was almost love at first sight.  I think the person was selling it for $1100 with 2-3 30 round mags then a bag full, say around 10,  of what looked like 5-10 round magazines.  The wood looked great and it showed little wear, do you think that's a good price?  Remember I'm in NY so pre-bans still carry a premium.  
Also, what kind of twist rates do these have?  1/12 or 1/9?  I doubt it would have a 1/7 but you never know.
Right now I'm torn between ordering a new LMT upper for a pre-ban lower I'm getting soon or this.  What do you guys think?

OK, found out it has a 1/9 twist.  Anyone ever have issues firing XM193 or Q3131a thru one of these?
