unscrew it and check to make sure one of the split 'legs' has not broken.
if intact, carefully spread the two legs apart a bit and thread back into the front sight base. |

it's rare, but it happens. order a replacement from k-var and you are back in the game. this time...grease prior to assembly. |

Mine is wobbly too. Do I have to have the front sight tool? It will not turn with pliars, but I don't want to try too hard.

get the proper tool. using the incorrect tool is often what causes the breakage.
PRIOR to trying to adjust the elevation screw, soak the threads in kroil oil. |
