I got one of the ORF Polish Underfolder "Fair" Kits. The kit is actually in decent condition. and mine has all matching numbers.
The question I have is about the trunion. The cut was made made partway through the the circled rivets. Is this trunion still useable??   |

Sure. With a little creativity you could cut some steel to replicate the cut off ears, weld it together and re-drill the rivit holes. Or put it together as is and tack weld the front cut part to the receiver.

Hey Jeepcreep, long time no talk. I've been here all the time, just haven't posted much. I've been very busy lately, buying a house. When that is settled I might put a post together about how to build a kit with pics.

Thanks for those kind words! I came up with an easy way to press barrels and remove parts so I figured I'd share after I got settled. I'm still waiting for descent receivers so let me know when those mythical Hungarian receivers show up!

Could someone please trace both ears of there underfolder trunion and then mail the template to me??
My friends dad can weld on extension pieces for me to get this trunion back into spec. |
