This is one neat-o sight system. It appears to be a very sturdy and well-made device and I really like the reticle options as well as the capped zero knobs and quick release latch. It mounted just fine to my WASR-10 with no adjustment necessary .

I'll probably get a chance to try it out at the range this weekend. More to follow!

Oh yeah...it's easy to see how easily this AK thing can become habit forming lol.

If the coin battery model, get the $3 Swiss lithiums at Radio Shack. My original Russian battery, after unknown use, went from bright to dead in 5min. The Swiss have the decency to go gradually for me.
Dot over chevron is very visible, and provides great ranging adj at varied distances.
