What do the crows feet on AK receivers do?  Do any of the domestic receivers have them?  Thanks.

To re-enforce by corrugation and thicken the effective width of the area around the axis pins.
RPKs don't have them for example because they use a thicker walled receiver...
It is not a huge engineering addition, but I also think it has to do with helping to create
a little extra tension on the autosear leg that retains the pins (shepards hook on semi autos).

So that they could use the same axis pins as the milled receivers.
