Ok, how has the sunset affected AK's?

I would like an AK with the Krinkov side folding stock,

that style of stock requires rather exstensive receiver modifications and that adds cost to the rifle.

I actually like the VEPR/Saiga(SAIGA!!!) forgrip,]

it is fragile and heats up rapidly.

and would like a real, honest to god, flashhider. For less than $500.

for 5 bones, you can get a polish underfolder...remove the slant compensator and screw on whatever your heart desires.

Is this possible, AND legal?

legal? yes.

financially possible? unlikely.

You can make your own vents and heat sheilding for the Saiga, Hardest part of your list is the Krink type folder. A bit rare, almost always on kits only and not sold separately, needs it's own rear trunion so the Saiga bit would have to be swapped, and a mod to put the hole in the left front of the receiver for the latch that holds the folder closed. Now if the folders from Tapco and riflestocks.com make you happy, and you do the work yourself, $500 may happen.
