So, this is simply a way to put a wider selection of optics on the AK? It's very mean looking but seems a bit pricey for a cosmetic only upgrade if you're not looking to put on a scope...

I have one. I love it... I have the OKO sight mounted on it far foward. It does get a little hot though.

Red dot= electronic red dot in middle of window

Peep is an iron sight.

Nah its off the OKO sight.... I have a "rare" WUM-1 without the "half-moon" cricular cutout.
