i've got an approx. 1 month wait whilst they get my flash hider ready for it, so i need to use this time to stock up on accessories...

i'm looking for:

a suitable case
quality mags
ammo
sling
red dot scope

i'm new to the ak world so do you lot have any preferences for certain products and retail outlets?  

any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome...Go to the ammo forum and pic a dealer..I like Dans myself...
Mags.. I like the E.german about any you'll get are good Bulgarian etc...
A wal mart case is what I"d use there cheap...
I does'nt come with a sling????
Red Dot will be easy to find..I dont have one on any of mine but will be no problem..

I use the cheap $30 ACE brand cases. Barnaul FMJ, dansammo.com or ammunitionstore.com. See if ORF still has cheap lightly used black Bulgy mags. Dot- email Tantal for current pricing/inventory, and see freedomoptics.com, I trust both.

You wouldn't be sorry. The VEPR K 5.45 is an excellent rifle. dansammo.com and Bulgie poly mags work great........good luck.
