Went to my local FFL and he had a Norinco underfolding AK, nice wood handguards and pistolgrip, cool looking flash hider...and in .223
He wanted $1160 for it. Hot or not

More like $850. And I can never recall which chicom needs it's own 223 mags only. JeepCreep will give a better answer.

The only ones I've spotted in my neck of the woods here in the West (2 so far) were price ~$1,400.
