I've owned several AK's over the years (my first was a SILE import Norinco underfolder).

Now I have a SAR1 and an NHM 91.
My question is:  What are the US parts used in the pistol grip models of the SAR 1's?

I'm considered a newbie in this AK conversion / tricking out game. I want to dress up and de-neuter the SAR 1. And maybe even toy with a couple more of them in the near future.  I want to be informed so as to avoid any legal problems with Uncle BATFE. These aren't like the US made AR-15's. With the AR's you just slap whatever you want to on them. Thanks to the LIBs you have to dance around the parts issues on the Import rifles.
