sorry...no pic of a hungarian. if your wire resembles that used in the sar, the hook (or 'crook') goes on the anti-crush tube that is riveted into the receiver.
the wire gets routed under the hammer pin and over the trigger pin, with that last 1/8" angled bend pointing 'up'. |

Thats the way that made sense to me but when I took it apart the hook was not clipped over the anti crush pin. I assembled it like you said and everything fell into place and functions perfectly.
Thanks I am now 3 parts closer to a very pretty AK

Next time i order from TAPCO I am gonna order the metal retainer. They have some metal piece that takes place of the crook...looks much easier to install and id feel better. Because after installing my g2 trigger I had to bend it around alittle to keep the hammer pin in. It just didn't want to hold it. Ohw ell i got it.
