I recently got my AK-103k from Chris Butler over at AK-USA. This thing is SWEET!. But that's not the point of this post.

I got the rifle with the Krinkov/skeleton stock. There is no sling swivel on the stock. But there is a little hexagonal hole that looks like it would accept some kind of bolt to attach a sling swivel. I talked to Chris and he was not sure and is looking into it. I thought maybe someone here might know.

So is the hole in the stock (it's right where the stock attaches to the rifle) for attaching some kind of sling mount? And if so, can someone tell me where to get them?

Thanks!

Comeone guys, someone help me out here.

Got the mount and Aimpoint mounted, and I have a nice single-point sling ready to attach. Just need to find the sling adapter for the Krinkov stock.

Anyone, anyone, Bueller, anyone...

Like this Not exactly sure.

Thats the stock, except mine is non-folding and is made out of polymer. Any ideas on where to get the sling adapter?

It's made out of polymer?  are you sure? My AK-103K came with an FSE fixed triangle stock like that and it was metal, and also it had a sling swivel at the root or whatever by where it would be on the real thing.

First let me answer some questions. The stock is not a folder, but is fixed. It's made out of some type of polymer. It's not a "pinned" folding stock. The stock is not designed to fold.

I talked to Chris at AK-USA about this. He said that these are new stocks, made using injection polymer. He is going to talk to the manufacturer about the sling. He did not know the anwser as it's a new stock he's started using. Hopefully I'll know something soon. Think I'll stop buy Sears and see if I can figure something out.

If anyone is interested in pics let me know. Thanks.
