My best friend lives in Kalifornia (and is trying to get out) but he'd like to buy one of my pump shotguns (legal in Kalifornia). If he drives up to visit can he legally take it back to the PRK w/him or does it have to go through an FFL?

I am not a legal expert,   But I don't see why not, being that the gun is legal in both states.

At least in OH you need to be both residents of the same state.
